What is editable in my template?
CLIP ART IS NOT EDITABLE -original artist's clip are flattened. This aligns with licensing agreements, preventing the distribution of non-flat clip-art to third parties. Please reach out if you need any additional edits.

What is a template?
A template is a pre-designed digital file that you can personalize for your event. (date, time, location). Each template is designed for its Theme and purpose.
Are the fonts included with the templates?
Fonts are not always included due to licensing restrictions. However, we can provide information on where to download or purchase the fonts used in the design.
Can I get a refund on digital downloads?
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you have a specific issue, please contact us, and we'll work towards a resolution.
