This policy explains how Robert Keeley, trading as ManagerWordsCo and based in Commerce City, Colorado, United States, handles personal information for our Etsy shop, related inquiries, and optional email signup. MailerLite manages the signup and email delivery and may record signup time and source, IP address, consent status, and email delivery, opening, and link-click activity.

If you contact or interact with ManagerWordsCo on TikTok, we can see the profile information, messages, comments, and other information you make available to us there.

Our products are digital downloads. We do not need a delivery address to ship a physical product, although Etsy may make address information available as part of an order.

Please use fictional or anonymized examples when asking about a worksheet or template. Do not send employee records, medical details, confidential workplace information, or completed performance reviews. Buying a downloadable template does not give us access to the information you later enter into your own copy.

WHY WE USE INFORMATION

We use relevant information to fulfill purchases, help with downloads, answer questions, and handle order problems. Without the necessary order or contact details, we may be unable to fulfill a purchase or provide support.

An Etsy purchase or TikTok follow does not subscribe you to a newsletter. We will not add your Etsy contact details to a marketing list or send promotional messages without your separate, affirmative consent. Our MailerLite signup uses an email-confirmation step. If you opt in, we use your information to send the resources and emails described at signup. You can withdraw consent at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew consent.

WHEN INFORMATION IS SHARED

We exchange relevant information with Etsy to manage orders, support customers, and resolve cases. We may disclose information to professional advisers or public authorities when necessary to meet a legal obligation or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

MailerLite processes newsletter signup details, subscription preferences, and email activity on our behalf to manage subscribers and deliver emails. Its privacy information is available at https://www.mailerlite.com/legal/privacy-policy. Newsletter participation is separate from buying on Etsy.

Etsy and TikTok process information for their own platform operations under their respective privacy policies. Information you post publicly, such as a TikTok comment or an Etsy review, can be visible to others according to the platform's settings. This policy does not replace those platforms' notices or control their independent uses of information.

We do not sell your personal information or upload Etsy buyer details to social-media advertising audiences.

HOW LONG INFORMATION IS KEPT

We retain information under our control only while needed for the purpose for which it was collected. We determine retention by whether an order or support issue remains open, whether a record is required for tax or accounting purposes, and whether a relevant dispute or legal claim remains unresolved or within its applicable limitation period. When those needs end, we delete or anonymize copies under our control. Etsy separately determines how long it keeps records on its platform.

We keep active newsletter details while you remain subscribed and we continue the newsletter. If you unsubscribe, promotional emails stop. We may keep a limited suppression record to honor your opt-out and consent records for as long as needed to demonstrate compliance or resolve a relevant dispute.

SECURITY AND INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING

We limit access to buyer information to those who need it for the purposes described in this policy and use reasonable safeguards appropriate to that information.

We operate in the United States and access information here. Service providers may process information in other countries with different privacy laws. MailerLite states that its data storage center is in the European Union, while its affiliates and subprocessors may process information elsewhere.
