My workshop story

Tout d'abord, merci de votre intérêt pour ma boutique. Je m'appelle Onur, j'habite en Turquie. Je veux vous parler un peu de mon histoire en venant ici.
J'ai un atelier de réparation de dispositifs médicaux hérité de mon père. Nous travaillons ensemble depuis de nombreuses années en tant que service technique pour les dispositifs médicaux dans les hôpitaux. Cet atelier existe chez nous depuis 1974. Je plonge dans le passé en travaillant dans cet ancien atelier de réparation de dispositifs médicaux que j'ai hérité de mon père. Dans chaque recoin, il y a des pièces qui n'ont pas été usées par le temps, pleines de traces de souvenirs oubliés.
Cet atelier que mon père a laissé derrière lui est en fait rempli de vieux appareils électroniques qui servaient autrefois dans les hôpitaux et qui trônent désormais tranquillement dans un coin. Chacune de ces pièces semble raconter sa propre histoire. Quand je les vois, j'ai l'impression de voyager dans le passé.
Un jour, j’ai eu l’idée de redonner vie à ces pièces oubliées. Il semblait y avoir une histoire derrière chaque pièce. Alors, je me suis dit : pourquoi ne pas partager ces histoires avec d’autres ? Et ce jour-là, j’ai commencé à créer des produits de décoration au design rétro dans mon atelier.
Chaque produit faisait partie d’un appareil autrefois à la pointe de la technologie et aujourd’hui oublié. En les utilisant, j'ai trouvé un moyen de transporter les traces du passé jusqu'au présent. Et maintenant, j’aime partager avec d’autres les histoires qui sous-tendent ces vieilles pièces.
Chaque produit de mon atelier fait partie de moi et de ma famille. Chacun porte les histoires de ceux qui ont vécu autrefois, inspirant les générations futures. Et pour moi, ces œuvres ne sont pas seulement un hommage au passé, mais aussi un cadeau pour l'avenir.

First of all, thank you for your interest in my store. I am Onur, I live in Türkiye. I want to tell you a little bit about my story of coming here.
I have a medical device repair shop inherited from my father. We worked together as technical service for medical devices in hospitals for many years. This workshop has been with us since 1974. I dive into the past while working in this old medical device repair shop that I inherited from my father. In every corner, there are pieces that have not been worn out by time, full of traces of forgotten memories.
This workshop my father left behind is actually full of old electronic devices that once served in hospitals and now sit quietly in the corner. Each of these pieces seems to tell its own story. When I see them, I feel like I'm on a journey into the past.
One day, I was filled with the idea of bringing these forgotten pieces back to life. There seemed to be a story underlying each piece. So, I thought, why not share these stories with others? And that day, I started creating retro-designed decorative products in my workshop.
Each product was part of a device that was once at the pinnacle of technology and is now forgotten. Using them, I found a way to carry the traces of the past to the present. And now, I enjoy sharing the stories underlying these old pieces with others.
Every product in my workshop is a part of me and my family. Each carries the stories of those who once lived, inspiring future generations. And for me, these works are not only a tribute to the past, but also a gift to the future.
