Fabrics are sold in 1/2 yard increments
MULTIPLE UNITS ARE CUT IN CONTINUOUS LENGTH
Quantity 1 = ½ yard = 18” x WOF”,
Qty 2 = 1 yd,
Qty 3 = 1 ½ yds
etc.

We ship ONCE per order
Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order fabrics will be held until your order can ship complete.

DOMESTIC US SHIPPING
USPS rates - If the shipping total adds up to more than USPS' actual rates, we will make a refund for the overage.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Calculated by Etsy's system

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT TAXES/FEES - CUSTOMER's RESPONSIBILITY
Etsy now charges the customs/taxes for most countries when you place your order.
Any additional taxes and or charges is the customer's responsibility.

If we have to contact you regarding your order and we don't hear back from you within 24 hours, we will make adjustments to your order as best we can.

NEW COLLECTION & PREORDERS
Please keep ALL Preorder items on its own separate order by the estimated delivery month. F.ex. February 2024 fabrics can not be mixed with May 20213 fabrics. If your order has both in-stock and Pre-order fabrics, we will hold the order till the Preorder fabrics are in stock.
FYI This means that the in-stock fabric at the time of ordering may no longer be in stock when the pre-order fabric finally arrives and may have to be cancelled.

CANCELLATION:
Preorders for future collections can not be cancelled or refunded.
Sew Colorful has no influence on when a new collection will ship from the wholesalers.

ORDERS HAVE TO BE CANCELLED BEFORE SHIPPING LABELS HAVE BEEN PURCHASED. ONCE A SHIPPING LABEL HAS BEEN ISSUED WE WILL SHIP THE ORDER AND RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED.

IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES RETURNS MAY BE ACCEPTED
1. If Sew Colorful made a mistake we will of course make good and more

2. Fabric cuts - Usually we will accept return and refund for 42/44" width quilting fabrics which we can resell at full price without any loss. However, 108" wide Backings at unusual cuts i.e. lengths less than 2 1/2 yards (5 units) are not returnable for a full refund.

3. If the fabrics are soiled or damaged upon return, there will be no refund.

4. Any returns for other reasons will be refunded less 15% re-stocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping.
