The bunny is nicely made and has a cute, happy expression. Site says item comes from NY and in another shipping statement from IA, but the envelope for my package is from China. Misleading info on site needs to be cleared up and honest for the consumer!

This item looks very nice and seems to be a good material, however the cuff does not work properly because it only has one side of the "cuff" part. It can't hold onto an ear because it only has one side, nothing to hold on the other side (picture). Additionally, the shop was unable to provide a tracking number and the shipment arrived well after the estimate. I asked about tracking and was just given the same, not working number again. Despite claiming to ship from New York, they do not use a US based shipping company and I was unable to track the shipment.
