Dresses, shirts and blouses:
LENGTH is from shoulder to bottom of hem.
CHEST or BUST is from armpit to armpit and then doubled.
BACK is taken at the mid range of the sleeve, in the back.
WAIST from side seam to side seam then doubled.
SLEEVES are from the edge of the shoulder to the edge of the cuff.
Pants for Men and Women:
WAIST is from side to side then doubled.
INSEAM from inside of the crotch "fork" seam to edge of hem.
LENGTH is from side hem to edge of hem.
Why are returns NOT accepted?
Because in the past people have bought an item for an special occasion USED it and returned it with a extraordinary excuse.
Because people have buyers remorse or changed their mind and expect me to accept "just because" excuse.
When Are Return Accepted?
When I sell a piece of jewelry and is NOT what I have described.
When I sell an item and I say is working and is NOT.
When you received something else and is not what I have described or pictured.
