Shipping policies
We ship out your items within 1-3 business days after we receive your Paypal payment.
Shipping time
We use China Post for shipping. Each shipping has a tracking number. Your local carrier will take over the delivery once it lands (such as usps,canada post, etc),it will take approx 9-21 business days to arrive most of Europe, North America cities.Sometime the delivery can take up to 4-6 weeks.
If you need quick delivery for special event,pls contact me first.
Refunds and exchanges
I offer full item refund if you are not satisfied with the order(shipping fees is not included).
Items must be sent back within 30 days on receipt of the purchase and be in their original condition.

"Ship To" Address Errors
Your order will be shipped to the "Ship To" address that is included with your order, unless otherwise specified in the 'Message To Seller' box at the time of checkout.
I cannot be held responsible for packages that are not delivered or marked as "Insufficient Address" if the address that the package has been shipped to is the exact address that is on file as the customers' "SHIP TO" address on Etsy. If a package is returned as undeliverable, it will be up to the customer to cover the costs for re-shipping or customers can also request a refund for the purchase price of the returned item (unfortunately shipping costs cannot be refunded in this case).
