All of our items are customized and made to order. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we DO NOT accept returns/exchanges/refunds.

In the event that there is an ERROR ON OUR PART, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We would be more than happy to replace your item if we have made a mistake.

PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE APPLYING YOUR DECAL

If you have no prior experience with applying vinyl decals and need further help or guidance, please contact us or check out our "Vinyl Tips" section in the FAQ's. Our top shelf materials are used and tested daily without error.

★ 8 Arms Graphics does not guarantee vinyl will adhere to all surfaces, and is NOT responsible for improperly placed/applied decals, poor application technique, or for any mishandling of decals.

If a listing is eligible for personalization, you will see an "add personalization" box within the listing. Detailed ordering instructions are provided within the "ITEM DETAILS" section of every listing.

When adding your personalized info, please be sure to double check for spelling errors, incorrect dates, wrong colors, etc. before checking out (items will be sent as ordered).


★ If you fail to fill out a required section properly or not at all, we will make one attempt to reach out through Etsy Messages to retrieve this info. If we don't receive a response within 24 hours, we reserve the right to send your product as shown in the main listing photo (colors/fonts) if all other information is provided, or cancel your order.

All of our decals are made with the highest quality viny/tape on the market. Vinyl decals are meant for smooth/flat/clean surfaces.

▶ Vinyl is not advised for use on the following :

• Highly Textured Surfaces - such as pallet wood, brick, or cement.
• Low VOC Paint - or paints that contain stain blockers. The ingredients added to these paints that repel dirt, dust etc. can also repel the adhesive used in vinyl.
• Raw Lumber - please make sure that any wood is finished with either paint or stain/clear coat layer, and has fully cured/dried for 2-4 weeks prior to application.

★ We do not guarantee vinyl will adhere to all surfaces, and are NOT responsible for improperly placed/applied decals, poor application technique, or any mishandling.

Buyers are responsible for providing a proper mailing address recognizable by the USPS.

Any mistakes made in the address can result in the item being returned to us, delayed, mis-delivered, or lost.

▶ Buyers will be responsible for any applicable fees associated with re-shipment due to an insufficient mailing address. If payment for new shipping is refused, a refund for the item cost minus initial shipping fees will be issued.


★ If you realize that you need to update your mailing address before your item has been shipped out, please contact us immediately. ★

All of our decals are listed with approximate dimensions.

★ If you need a size smaller or larger than what is listed, please message us with your request.

Please keep in mind, shirt/vinyl colors shown in listing photos may appear differently from screen to screen.

(There are test decals available in the shop for color matching purposes)

★ Please reach out BEFORE ordering if you have any questions or concerns about your color choice.

Please DO NOT use products like windex to clean your surface before application. Only water or alcohol and a lint free cloth.

After installation, you may have small bubbles in your decal. They may disappear with regular sun exposure. You can also try to push out air bubbles with your applicator tool. Larger bubbles can be popped with a sharp pin and then smoothed out with your applicator tool to release the air.

For best results - surface temperatures should be between 50-90°F and humidity levels between 50-60%.

Yes! We use top shelf clear transfer tape on all of our vinyl graphics. Our clear tape features a deeply embossed grid texture.
