I accept credit cards and Paypal payments for international orders.
You can also pay with your credit card through Paypal without creating an account.
When you're reaching the Paypal checkout page, click the link "don't have a Paypal account ?" and simply enter your credit card datas and address.

I try to ship within 48 hours after getting payment.

My items are shipped from Italy (near Venice).
International orders are usually delivered within 3 weeks. ( 5 to 10 business days across Europe)
I will always notify you when your item is shipped to give you an estimated delivery date.
For most destinations you will be able to get a detailed tracking on your national carrier's website as soon as the package has entered your country.

PLEASE NOTE: If your package is delayed in Customs, it may take up to 6 weeks to be delivered, it rarely happens, but it happens! (Especially in a busy period like Christmas) These circumstances are beyond my control so I hope on your understanding.

Most orders are shipped with insurance and require a signature on delivery. So please check the content of a package BEFORE signing so the insurance can cover everything in case the content is damaged.

All lampshades are shipped with an express service that delivers within 2 to 6 business days.

EVERYWHERE ELSE:
All items are usually delivered within 2 to 3 weeks.
An express shipping service is available and usually guarantees a delivery within 6 to 8 business days. Please contact me for know the optional cost.
