USPS does not guarantee delivery dates, and while we ship as soon as we can it's totally out of our control once it is with USPS. As a result we never make any promises that something will be received by a specific date. If you need an item by a specific date, message us BEFORE you purchase and be sure to include the NEED BY DATE in a note when you order.

I can't say for sure. We typically ship within our production window specified by product (in many cases sooner) and then the shipping type you select at checkout would determine when you would get it. Most orders are shipped via USPS first class unless otherwise requested and paid for by the customer or where the order size and value warrants an upgrade to USPS Priority or Express mail.

Once an order is shipped, you receive an email with tracking for that order. Unfortunately, we are still seeing widespread USPS delays. Your orders may take a bit longer to arrive than we’d like. If you aren’t seeing your tracking link or you are getting some kind of error message, message me and I’ll resend you your tracking link.

Note that USPS is also experiencing delays in scanning shipments, tracking & delivery. Your order might arrive before the tracking ever updates. We don't have any information about shipments beyond what we can see on the tracking link.

Yes, we do offer group order discounts based on how many items you want to purchase starting at 10+ pieces. Message us for a coupon code that works for your order. Include how many pieces you need!

To order more than one, you can add the item with different variation options one at a time to your cart and then return to the listing to add another. You can also select the total quantity that you need from the listing and add to cart all at once. There will be a "notes" box at checkout where you can leave a detailed description of each piece or you can message us with all the details.

Use the dropdown menus to select the variations that you’d like. For additional personalization instructions, please tell us all of your order details in the personalization box before you add the item to your cart. We’ll try to specify what information we need from you in the personalization box text. We’ll make your item based on your requests and/or reach out if we have any questions.
