All of my masks are handmade here in Massachusetts with premium quality fabrics. It is customized to your specific requests and needs in order to ensure optimal fit, comfort, and quality. It is NOT mass produced! For these reasons, my delivery time is typically 3-5 business days after you placed the order plus your selected method of shipment. (see below):

+USPS Priority 2-4 business days
+USPS Express 1-2 business days
**There will be additional delay IF 1) you have a large order of 4 or more, 2)complex customization such as art monogram and rhinestone work, 3)missing size info, 4)missing / invalid address. Please contact me if you have any issue, or I will contact you to confirm when your order is next in my pipeline.
I am working hard to ship earlier or meet the ship date given at the time of purchase but there might be a delay due to high demand. Meanwhile, if you have any questions or if you wish to cancel on an order that hasn't been shipped, please let me know and I certainly understand. Once your order is shipped, it is out of my control.

5 out of 5 starsI love these masks SO, SO much. I first bought these silk masks from Den in 2020 for myself. When I realized how amazing they were, I bought a bunch as stocking stuffers that year for my family and they were a hit! Fast forward more than a year later, every time someone needs a new mask I always recommend this store and Den! My mother-in-law recently messaged saying that she needed new masks because she wears hers to work every day. She’s high risk for COVID and she teaches little kids, so it was super important that we get her extra masks ASAP. She loves these ones because they’re comfortable to wear for 6+ hours, and she has so many to match her outfits. We love these masks so much, and we will continue to use Den as our only choice for replacements and new masks. She’s so helpful, and her products are such great quality!

Over the last couple of years, the quality has never been anything but perfect, and Den has always been so helpful!! My father-in-law and my husband both lost their masks and they both immediately asked for me to replace them. So of course we returned to this store, and we will continue to do so!!

5 out of 5 starsI bought a Lanyard for Christmas for my Mom hoping she could use it for her Med Alert device she wears around her neck. It was slightly too small for that purpose so I contacted Den and asked her if she could make it close to a specific length. She re-made two more and included a surprise. They were perfect and beautiful. The silver chain she uses is very sturdy and perfect for holding the extra weight. They're great quality and multipurpose. Thank you!

The smaller sizes fit perfectly, and they both say that these masks are the most comfortable! He also loves the fun train pattern! I also appreciate the extra nose wires! Thank you!
