1 out of 5 starsI ordered a custom yeti for my daughter for Christmas on November 17th. I messaged the seller twice without a response. I sent another message after the item was expected to ship and she said she was packaging it that night. That evening I received a USPS notification that a label had been created, but they were waiting on the item to start shipment. A week later and USPS tracking shows the very same thing. They never received the item for shipment. I opened a case with Etsy for a refund, which was approved today. However, it’s much too late now to have a shop customize the cup in time. Very, very disappointed.
