I did not interact much with the seller and I am not sure about their customer service. However, I did receive the nails, and they are very high-quality for those who do not know the best way to apply press on nails is to score the inside of the nail, which means to make it a little bit more rough and to file your nail bed that way the glue has something to attach to. I say this to say when I received the nails, they were already scored on the inside, which I greatly appreciate now, it is possible that I did it on a different day and forgot, however, I do believe this company may have taken an extra step away from me and that is extremely appreciated for me. Someone who is extremely busy.

Looks exactly how it looks online. Very nice thin but hard plastic material. Highly recommend.

This nail set was so creative and beautifully done that I got tons of compliments about it when I wore it to my New York Fashion Week shows. The best part was it was easy to apply - and my one tip is to follow the instructions provided exactly for easy removal. I initially didn't add oil but once I did, it came right off.

These nails were EXACTLY what I was looking for! I had these for the cowboy Carter tour in nj and they lasted me over 2 weeks (and 4 shows). Plus they are so adorable, everyone was complimenting my nails!

Overall I like the nails. Received many compliments. I only wish the lettering was neater and more bold as in the photos. But it matched my fit the Beyoncé concert. I will be saving them for my keep sake Beyoncé box.
