The shipping company lost my little package and when I contacted the seller about it we immediately found a solution and they sent me a replacement and some other small goodies too to make up for a mistake that wasn't even made by them!! They're super nice, the phone charm is also super cute and even if I do have to pay more for shipping (since I do live in europe) I would 100% buy something from this seller again!!! :]
