LOVE the final product. Quality - 5 Stars Craftsmanship - 5 Stars Communication - 5 Stars Shipping/Time - 2 Stars I loved being able to communiate with the artist and her responses were prompt. I understand custom items take time and I appreciate the attention to detail. However, it took 5 weeks to receive my item when Etsy suggested it would take no more than 3 (that's probably an easy fix on the seller's end). Normally that's completely accetable given the handmade nature of this item but I was hyperaware of the shipping dates as it was a gift. So, when seeing the USPS label was made on the 19th but the item was not received by USPS until 10 days later, I was disappointed. Regardless, I would recommend the item. A lovely gift idea - just make sure to order far in advance.
