Can you create custom shirt designs? Can you also do backside printing for the products?
Yes, we are able to print your custom designs. Send us your design (as a high quality) to order a personalized t-shirt or explain in detail what kind of design you want.
If you want backside printing instead of front for single-sided products, we can do that at no extra charge, just let us know.
If you want both front and back printing, we can do that too. However, you have to purchase the "Backside Item Upgrade" for each shirt back side print.
How quickly are orders shipped?
We ship within 24-48 hours. Standard shipping also takes around 5 business days (it may be +/- 1 day depending on your state).
What printing method do you use?
We utilize the DTF (Direct to Film) printing system for our designs. This ensures high-quality and long-lasting prints.
What brand and material are the t-shirts made of?
We use several different brand shirts, all of them are premium quality and soft shirts. The brands we use include premium quality shirt brands such as Bella Canvas, Gildan Soft Style, Circle, Outlash.
If you have a specific brand you prefer among these, you can let us know. (Please write as a note to remind us.🙏)
The discount is not being applied during purchase, what could be the reason?
When you add the shirts to your cart, the discounted price won't be reflected immediately. Discounts will be applied at the final stage of your payment process (you'll see it at the bottom of the page).

Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
We have special offers for bulk orders. Reach out to us directly for details.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
When you place order 35$ or more, shipping becomes free. However, this free shipping will take effect at the final stage of your payment. If you place order 35$ or more, I can guarantee that you will benefit from Free Shipping. (Meaning I will refund the shipping fee to you.) But you will benefit from it when you place order 35$ or more.
What is your return or exchange policy?

What should I pay attention to when washing my product?
We recommend; Wash inside out, gentle cycle, cold water, tumble dry low, medium iron.
