Terms and Conditions of Sale – Bold Wall Lab US

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales concluded through the Etsy shop Bold Wall Lab.
By placing an order, the Customer declares that they have read and accepted these conditions without reservation.

Products

The items offered are art prints created from original designs.
Each product is described as accurately as possible (size, paper/canvas, finish, framing if applicable).
Images are for illustrative purposes only: slight variations in color or rendering may occur depending on screen settings or printing processes.

Usage: decorative only, not intended for food, medical, or safety purposes.

Production & Compliance

All products are produced on demand with the help of our partner Gelato (international network of local production centers).
This ensures faster delivery and lower environmental impact.
Materials: paper / canvas / wood / water-based inks.

The products comply with the EU General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988.

Prices

Prices are shown in the currency relevant to the Customer’s location.
Delivery costs are specified before final confirmation of the order.
Bold Wall Lab reserves the right to change prices at any time, while guaranteeing the application of the rate in effect at the time of the order.

Orders

Placing an order on Etsy constitutes a firm and final acceptance by the Customer.
An order confirmation is automatically sent via Etsy.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of previous disputes or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of ordering and is processed securely through Etsy Payments (credit cards, PayPal, or other methods available by region).
The Seller has no access to the Customer’s banking information.
The Customer is charged immediately upon placing the order.

Delivery

Orders are shipped within the timeframes indicated on each product listing.
Shipments are made to the address provided by the Customer at checkout.

Estimated average times:

US: 5–9 business days

UK: 4–8 business days

France/EU: 6–10 business days

Delays may vary depending on the destination, carrier, or customs. In case of exceptional delays, the Customer will be informed.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the Customer upon receipt.

Returns & Exchanges

Each item is printed to order.
For this reason, returns and exchanges are not accepted, except in cases of defect, error, or damage.

If your order arrives with a problem (printing defect, wrong size, damaged packaging), please contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo as proof.
A replacement or refund will be offered.

Order Cancellation

As products are printed immediately after confirmation, cancellation is not possible more than 1 hour after placing the order.
Please contact us as quickly as possible if you wish to cancel or modify your order.

Right of Withdrawal (EU & UK customers only)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:

Customers have 14 calendar days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, the Customer must notify us by Etsy message or email with a clear statement before the 14-day period expires.

Model statement:

“I hereby give notice that I withdraw from the contract concerning the sale of the product [name], ordered on [date], received on [date].”

Refunds will include the initial delivery cost (excluding any premium shipping options) and will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized products (size, text, or color made on request).

Products returned damaged or used.

Legal Guarantees

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Directive EU 2019/771) and the guarantee against hidden defects.
In case of non-conformity, the Customer may request repair, replacement, or refund.

Applicable Law & Disputes

For EU sales: French and European law applies.

For UK sales: English law applies.

In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first.
