Ich habe mein Studium (Anglistik) nach dem ersten Jahr abgebrochen, um meine Bücher veröffentlichen zu können. Danach schrieb ich weitere und veröffentlichte auch diese. Doch mir wurde schnell klar, dass mir das nicht reichte. Natürlich liebe ich das Schreiben, aber ich konnte mir nicht vorstellen, den Rest meines Lebens nur damit zu verbringen – und finanziell konnte ich es mir auch nicht leisten.
Ich bin ziemlich kreativ und lerne unheimlich gern Neues. Als ich also merkte, dass ich Designs für Merchandise entwerfen könnte, habe ich die Gelegenheit sofort ergriffen. Ich wollte schon immer lernen, Schmuck herzustellen, und da ich signierte Exemplare von „Liquid Gold“ verkaufte, dachte ich mir: Warum nicht auch einen Schlüsselanhänger anbieten? Also habe ich es gelernt. Und schon bald fertigte ich Halsketten und Armbänder an, die von meinen Charakteren inspiriert waren.
Das Problem ist, dass mir das auch irgendwann langweilig wurde. Ich bin immer auf der Suche nach neuen Herausforderungen und gebe Dinge auf, wenn ich nicht sofort richtig gut bin. Sobald ich aber gut bin, langweilt es mich ein bisschen. Deshalb brauche ich verschiedene kreative Hobbys, um mich zu beschäftigen, und das hier ist eines davon! Ich liebe es, Designs zu entwerfen und Merchandise zu kreieren, das ich selbst tragen würde, und ich hoffe, es gefällt euch auch! <3

I quit school after validating my first year of university (studying English) so I could publish my books. Once I did, I wrote more, and published them too. But I quickly realized it wasn't enough for me. Sure, I love writing, but I could not see myself only writing for the rest of my life--and I also couldn't afford to financially.
I am quite creative and I love to learn new things, so when I figured I could create designs for potential merch, I jumped on the opportunity. I had also always wanted to learn how to make jewelry, and since I ws selling Liquid Gold signed copies, I thought why not add a keychain? So I learned. And soon enough, I was making necklaces and bracelets inspired by my characters.
Thing is, I got bored of that as well. I'm always looking for stimulation, and I give up on things when I'm not amazing at it immediately, but once I get good, it bores me a little. Which is why I need multiple creative outlets to keep me satisfied, and this is one of them! I love making designs and creating merch I would wear myself, and I hope you'll like it too!!<3
