1 out of 5 starsPrayers won’t help you. I had asked in a message for the table to be stained one color because I had accidentally ordered it the wrong color. After the seller confirmed my request I received the table the wrong color anyway. I have no idea how this was confused in the first place . Why would I request an item that I just ordered in Jacobean to be changed to Jacobean ? A text message to me for clarification would have been appropriate. Instead I’m asked not only to pay the cost of shipping the new table but also to send the incorrect one back . So I agree cause at this point I just want this nightmare to end . But this time i received a table top with a half inch crack down the center. The resolution for this per the seller was for me to send him the broken table along with the table with the wrong stain color . I’m no fool.

It’s unfortunate when something like this happens. Client ordered two items, one in wrong stain. They then messaged and asked to change stain on the item that was correct. I tried to just cover most not all of our expenses to fix this. The correct one got damaged in shipping and have new one ready to ship Monday. Getting details correct when you order does matter. It throws off all our processes when they aren’t.
