They were able to get me the stone that I wanted with custom engraving in time for a birthday that was only a week away or less. it turned out just as expected and is well loved. I definitely recommend them and I will order from them again.

We have continued to expand our laser engraving capabilities and capacity. And thus, we want to offer our services to a broader market. Custom and personalized orders
As we are the manufacturers, we can quickly turn your ideas into reality! We handle all of our laser engraving in-house here in our North Carolina shop! Personalization and custom orders are our specialty and represent the bulk of our business! Custom orders are easy and affordable! We are happy to work with your art or we can offer our design services for your project! It really is simple... just ask us how!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do!
We prefer to ship Internationally using the USPS Priority Mail International service or the International Express (EMS) Service. Each is reliable, expedient, and insured.
Our International clients may optionally choose USPS First Class International Package Service for certain items. Transit time, as published by the USPS is between 7 - 21 business days. While this shipping service offers a reduced fee for service, the receiver is responsible for any delays, loss, damage, etc. that may result during transit. The client understands and agrees that they are self insuring their order when choosing the USPS First Class International Package service.
Will I have to pay extra taxes, etc. in my country?
It seems to be at the whim of the customs agent that processes your package. Please be aware that we can not assume responsibility for any duties, fees, delays, etc. associated with or as a result of the customs service in your country.

The bulk of our items are personalized or custom designs. All items are made to order. As a result, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
