When will your order ship out? The NEXT SHIP OUT DATE can be found at the top of the Shop Sections. Generally speaking, I ship out once to twice a week. Your anticipated ship out date will also be communicated to you via email within a couple of days of your purchase. *GLOSSARY of TERMS*

VTG NOS BUTTONS are older buttons that are Vintage New-Old-Stock. You can expect them to be in good ‘as new’ condition. Brizel Buttons 2 believes that if consumers can find what they need with NOS inventory then we no longer need to support the production of new plastic which greatly pollutes our air & environment. Purchasing vintage is therefore ecological and earth-friendly… so let’s be kind to Planet Earth… it’s the only home we have.

BUTTON SiZiNG… for your reference a Brizel Button Sizing Chart has been uploaded in every listing. Brizel’s buttons are measured using a digital caliper set on METRIC and like a book keeper, I round up (or down) in-between measurements. For example, if a button measures 13.7mm (or 14.4mm) the listing description will report it as a 14mm button and the inch measurement will match that measurement as well. So the difference between the actual button and my listing description measurement *may* have up to a .4mm (1/64”) variance in either direction. That is why I use the word “approx.” in all my listing. These slight discrepancies are normal in the button trade and is most often due to buffing or not buffing buttons in their final production moments. It may also be the difference between buttons produced in different countries.

BUTTON COLORS… I photo by daylight then I work on an iMac and use two different image making softwares and work hard to portray as accurate as possible the colors of the buttons I list for sale. It takes far longer than you may realize. Please take into consideration the following… most computers, devices, lightbulbs have a blue tint to them and sometimes, yellow. This will impact your viewing and the accuracy of the button colors as you look at them. Buttons may be ‘moody’… whilst others may be luminescent or have iridescence… others are glossy and reflect colors around them… matte buttons are most often the easiest to portray but in any case are never never dull. I use a color thesaurus to find fun but relevant names to depict the button colors!

*TERMS of PURCHASE*

ALL SALES ARE FINAL… Be sure you want what you buy. Per my Shop Policies and as noted in each listing: all sales are final. Items may not be returned due to a change of mind, or heart, or for reasons that were disclosed within individual listing descriptions or Brizel Buttons 2 shop policies. I do want you to be deliriously happy with your order and ask that if you have any concerns or questions about a product that you address them *before* making a purchase in order to ensure they meet your requirements. NO RETURNS, NO EXCHANGES, NO REFUND POLICY… Selling buttons is hugely time consuming work… I do it because I love it and I do everything in my power to make sure your shopping experience is on the mark. I absolutely want you to be happy with your purchase however I am not a corporation and cannot afford to offer clients a revolving door for merchandise returns so at Brizel Buttons 2 there is a no return, no exchange, no refund policy. All sales are final.

Of course, I take responsibility and put right any mistakes that I may make. These are rare but can happen. When a client reaches out in kindness & respect asking me for assistance when either I make or they make a mistake - rightful solutions flow like honey without having to resort to inappropriate feedback or messages. FLAT RATE SHIPPING… means you can buy as many buttons as you want for one flat shipping rate. Standard shipping does not include insurance. A priority mail upgrade is available during check out and does include a $100 insurance policy through USPS.

FREE SHIPPING… on product orders of $50 and up. I appreciate your larger orders. Thank you. Please note, Free Shipping may get disabled during shop-wide sales but will resume afterwards.

NEXT SHIP OUT DATE… generally speaking I ship out once or twice a week. Your anticipated ship out date will be communicated to you within a couple of days after you’ve made your purchase.

SHIPPING & HANDLING... everything is enthusiastically packed, with care, with each lot in its own storage bag… then wrapped, & shipped out in an eco-lite mailer via First Class Mail which includes Tracking. If you are in a hurry, a Priority Mail upgrade is available during your Check-out process which is stated by USPS to travel faster. As soon as your order ships out, you'll receive an Etsy Shipping Notification which will include your Tracking number.

TRANSiT TiME… Once shipped out, I am not responsible for how long it takes the post office to deliver your order. Estimated delivery dates are generated by Etsy and/or USPS.

INSURANCE… Standard shipping does not include insurance. Selecting Priority Mail will provide you an automatic insurance policy through USPS with a value up to $100 of product.
