1 out of 5 starsI ordered this as a birthday gift. After receiving confirmation for the order, I didn't hear whether my friend received it, so I wrote the shop to check if they'd been shipped. Didn't hear anything for a week. I then asked my friend if he'd gotten anything (which is not how I'd have liked to handle a birthday gift!), but no. This went on for many days. Finally, the owner wrote me ~3 weeks later that she'd been out of town for an emergency and would be shipping it first thing on Monday. Ok, I understand that- emergencies happen. But I then saw that she delayed shipping until Thursday. She could have told me of another delay, but now that I see her poor reviews, I wonder if this is a habit and whether there really was an emergency. My friend finally got his gift a month after I ordered it.

Yes there was a true emergency, my mother has cancer and lives 19 hours away and had to have a surgery and we didn't know if she would make it or not...thank God she did make it through surgery and I would never make up something like this, I have apologized many times for the delay. Once again, I am truly sorry for the delay, but I was just preoccupied with worry about the possibility of losing my Mom. I appreciate your business.

1 out of 5 starsI buy almost everything I use online and this is the worst transaction I have ever experienced. After not receiving my purchase I emailed the shop owner. She gave me a shipping date, the package never appeared. I emailed her again, no response. PayPal has returned my money - in the future I will read feedback carefully before buying.

I was very late on shipping this order, however I had a medical family emergency, my mother has cancer and needed surgery and lives 19 hours from me and I do go be with her. I sincerely apologized to the buyer, explained the situation and offered a refund.

1 out of 5 starsI ordered my chocolate the first week of June and received them in mid July. When I finally received them, they arrived via US postal service with the the words, "Perishable, do not store in heat" hand written next to my address. (An after thought maybe, either way, very sloppy). I was shocked they would send chocolate, surrounded my nothing but a thin box, in mid July. Needless to say, my chocolates were completely melted. Insult to injury, the owner will not return any messages. I recommend you not order anything from here. This is my first negative review on Etsy.

1 out of 5 starsI absolutely hate to leave my first negative review on etsy. That said, I don't feel like I have a choice. I ordered these on 5/12, and they arrived today (7/10), just in time for my son's birthday party on Saturday (7/13). The seller was communicative regarding the delay, stating that she wanted the lollipops to be as fresh as possible for the event -- which I appreciate. They did arrive in time for the event. In a Priority Mail box with some bubble wrap wrapped very loosely around them (so they were essentially rattling around loose in the box), and the box was marked "Perishable! Do not store in heat" in ink pen beside the address. It is July, and they were shipped from Texas to Virginia. They were not insulated in any way. They arrived not as the adorable lollipops in the picture, but as melted lumps of chocolate inside plastic bags. They are completely unusable, and I'm now left scrambling to find something else to put in my son's "goody bags" with three days until the party. Unless this seller makes a dramatic change to her packaging during the summer months, I'd recommend looking elsewhere.
