Refund and Return Policy
We thank our valued customers around the world for their patronage of the By Marc Designs (BMD) store. We aim to ensure a satisfactory shopping experience for all our customers.
BMD is a print-on-demand (POD) company, which means we produce our products individually, and on demand. Due to this print-on-demand technique, we do not hold inventory, and each product is unique and produced only when an order is placed. Therefore, our products have an estimated shipping time of two weeks or 15 business days.
It's important to note that, due to the nature of print-on-demand, once a product is in the production stage, we cannot manage returns or changes to the order. This includes cases where the customer has ordered an incorrect size or color or simply changed their mind about the product. In these cases, BMD does not accept responsibility and will not offer refunds or returns.
However, in the case of defective products or manufacturing errors, BMD offers a free replacement or a refund if contacted within 2 days of product delivery.
