What do I do if I receive my order damaged ?
You must open a refund claim at your local post office as quickly as possible. Morever if it is possible, please open the box in front of the delivery man to check that the item is safe. If it is not, the deliver man will be able to notice that it arrived damaged. After a refund claim opening, the post office will begin an investigation. This investigation before being refund can take a long time. So I will appreciate very much your patience.
