5 out of 5 starsAmazing. My build came out great thanks to these cables. Too bad for the tariffs, but otherwise amazing experience, really thankful for this service, and for them making this a really easy experience for how to select which cable to order!

5 out of 5 starsWorking perfectly. Using a Jonsbo T9 case which isn't listed as a compatible in cablester's description, but I explained the psu to motherboard orientation is basically the same as the fractal terra as I was buying the 24 pin atx cable and there was no issues.

Warranty & Custom Cable Usage
The use of custom cables inherently carries the potential risk of voiding your hardware warranty. However, this does not automatically mean that RMA claims will be rejected. In many cases, manufacturers may still approve RMA requests, depending on their inspection findings and internal policies.
Please note that cable failure — particularly in cases such as melted connectors — can result from various factors, including but not limited to:
- Improper insertion
- Loose connections
- Inherent lack of load distribution
- High power draw beyond recommended specifications
- Manufacturing tolerances on GPU or PSU-side connectors
- Dust, debris, or contamination inside the connector
- Repeated plug and unplug causing terminal wear
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover damage, malfunction, or failure caused by:
- Incorrect installation,
- Modification or tampering, including physical alterations such as:
- Customer specification errors, including:
- Use beyond specifications,
- Usage of 12VHPWR / 12V-2x6 connectors, which, as documented within the industry, may be susceptible to overheating or melting under certain conditions
Warranty Remedies
If a valid warranty claim is approved, Cablester Custom may, at its sole discretion, provide one of the following remedies:
- Refund, processed within a maximum of 2 business days. Shipping costs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable; or
- Replacement product, processed within a maximum of 5 business days at no additional charge (excluding applicable taxes or customs duties, if any).
Cablester Custom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or component-level damages, including but not limited to damage to GPUs, power supply units, motherboards, or other hardware.

12vhpwr/ 12v2x6 Safety Measure
There is a flaw of the design 12vhpwr (and even still with the updated version of 12v2x6), that is the lower number of safety factor (re: the power rating of 12vhpwr/ 12v 2x6 against GPU's power draw)
As shown in this article https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/12VHPWR
- with 600w PL, the safety factor only counts around 1,14, whereas
- with 450w PL the safety factor will increase to 1,52 (about the same margin as the old 8pin PCIE connector)
This safety factor issue is beyond our capacity, as it is limitation of the 12vhpwr/ 12v 2x6 design applied by Nvidia.
Given this issue, we'd highly recommend either to power limit or undervolt your GPU (especially for RTX 4090 and RTX 5090), with the purpose to increase the safety factor of the cable.
