My spirit fox has six tails in case anyone sees the picture & is curious about the configuration. My items were made swiftly & arrived even faster. I would definitely recommend this shop & would order from them again.

I was nervous as this is way more advanced than I have ever done before but the instructions were so detailed and well written it ended up being easier than I thought! 2 month until our local con and I plan to add these little guys to my inventory!

Custom and personalised orders
Currently the only custom orders I am accepting are made to order toebeans plushes in special colors or minor alterations to existing patterns. If you have a special request. Feel free to contact me and I will see what I can do.
Returns & Exchange
While I am open to returns and exchanges, I am a Made to Order shop. I cannot always promise a full refund if the item requested is not capable of being sold to another customer (i.e. Name monograms or unpleasant color choices).
If it is an error on my part I am always happy to exchange or refund.
If you are ever unsure about a color choice you are always welcome to contact me for advice or a quick mockup of the colors you have chosen. However, once you have made your color choices, and the item is constructed, remaking the item with new colors may incur a fee, so please be certain of your choices before purchase or put in the personalization field for me to contact you on the colors.
What can I ask for in Personalizing
I only offer colors of fabric and thread shown, and the patterns shown.
If you want wings or extra tails, there is an add-on item available in my store at an additional cost.
If you want special embroidery added, contact me for a programming quote.
If you make a request in the personalizing field that requires an additional purchase, I will attempt to contact you. Failure to respond will result in the plush being made without these additional parts.
