Sizing details
What size insert should you buy? For a softer pillow, buy the same size insert as cover. Personally, I like a chunky pillow, so I size up inserts to a size larger than the cover. Down filling is my top choice too!
Can I return my pillow cover?
Custom orders are just exactly that, made just for you! For that reason, I do not accept returns unless the item arrived damaged. I will be happy to send a fabric sample prior to your purchase so you can be sure the color works for your space.
Why is there a slant to the corners of my pillow cover when I lay it flat?
No one likes floppy hair, or especially floppy pillow corners! For this reason I purposefully add a minor slant to the corners. When you stuff it, you'll have a nice pointy corner! Psssst. Down inserts will give you that great karate chop look you see in magazines. Stuff it and chop it!
Help! I can't stuff my pillow!
Girl I got you. Grab your pillow, fold it in half and squeeze it tight like a taco, and work it in the zipper a little at a time keeping it squeezed in half as you go. When it's in there, reach in, grab a handful of each pillow insert corner and stuff it in the cover corners. Now, zip it up and plump that thing like hair in the 80s.
I measured my pillow cover and it's wrong!!!
"I ordered a 20×20 inch pillow cover and it only measures 19.5 inches, it's wroooong!!" I hear you! First, props for whipping out the tape measure to check it. You probably remember to be the tooth fairy and don't forget half your grocery list like me! I want to be you when I grow up! Seriously though, pillow covers are made to give you a nice, plump pillow not a saggy, flat, sad pillow. If you buy a 20" insert, buy a 20" cover. My cover will fit your 20" insert without you having to size up inserts. Just stuff it and see! If in doubt, buy a larger size cover!
I'm a designer and I'm shopping for a client...
Hi!! I so glad you are here! I love to help find the exact fabric and look your client wants. I have access to many more fabrics than are listed so please don't hesitate to ask if you don't see what you are looking for specifically! I will also happily send you a sample of fabrics of interest! Please keep in mind, I do not accept returns on custom orders unless the item arrives damaged. Soooo...as boring as it is, please read all the info in FAQ to make sure you know what you are getting. IF by some unhappy chance, your client is not pleased with the product, that will have to be between them and you to settle. I will not accept a return unless the item is damaged. Thank you for your gracious understanding and for shopping small business!
