When We Are Arranging Freight And Independent Carriers To Pick Up Your Piece, Without A Phone Number, We Cannot Ship The Piece..The Drivers/Carriers, Need To Reach Out, To Arrange Delivery..This Will Cause A Delay In Time Frames.
We Often Send Out Reminders To Customers, We're In Need Of A Phone Number, And The Messages Have Gone Unanswered. To Keep Everything Moving Along In A Timely Manner For Both Us And The Carrier..This Is Super Duper Important.
Upon Purchasing, In The Notes Section, You Can Leave Your Best Contact Number..A Back Up Number Is Great As Well..If You Miss The Call, It Is Equally Important To Return The Call To The Driver/Carrier..As They Map Out Their Runs/Deliveries.

For Quality Assurance, We Photograph Each Order When It Is Completed. A Series Of Photos Are Taken, With Your Shipping Label Or Freight Paperwork.
Before They Are Packed, Pre Packed And The Final Pack...Unless Your Order Is Traveling With An Independent Carrier Blanket Wrapped to Your Door, Or A Pick Up, We Then Photograph The Final Piece Itself.

As We Take The Time To Properly Pack Your Order, Should Fed-Ex Or The Post Office, Fall Short In Properly Handling Your Package, And Cause A Damage..There Is A Damage Protocol To Follow.

2. Keep ALL Packing Materials Until A Claim Has Been Filed
3. Send Us Photos Of Your Damage, Packing Materials, Label..
We Will Combine Those Photos With All The Pre-Ship Photos We Take And Open A Claim To Hold The Carrier Accountable.
FREIGHT...When The Driver Delivers Your Pallet...Inspect The Entire Box, All Sides, Top And Bottom...Should There Be So Much As A Small Knick, Or Anywhere On That Box, Upon Signing Off On Your Delivery...You Must Write...Box Damaged..This Does Not Mean The Piece Received Damage..But Should That Be The Case..The Freight Company Will Be Held Accountable...If You Sign Off Not Stating Box Damaged, And There Is Damage, The Freight Company Will Not Honor The Claim.
