Contraptify 3D begann damit, kleine Probleme aus dem Alltag zu lösen – Dinge, für die es keine gute Standardlösung gab oder die nicht so passten, wie sie sollten.
Mit meiner Erfahrung in der Programmierung von Mehrachsen-CNC-Maschinen sowie in der additiven Fertigung und Konstruktion in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie lege ich in meiner Arbeit stets Wert auf Präzision, Passgenauigkeit und Funktionalität. Diese Denkweise prägt jedes meiner Designs und vor allem dessen Herstellung.
Die meisten Projekte beginnen mit einem Problem: etwas ist defekt, ineffizient oder einfach nicht optimal für seinen Zweck konstruiert. Darauf aufbauend entwickle ich eine Lösung – entweder von Grund auf in CAD oder durch Reverse Engineering bestehender Teile. Anschließend bespreche ich die Lösung mit dem Kunden und beginne nach dessen Freigabe mit der Produktion des Bauteils.

Contraptify 3D started solving small real-world problems - things that didn't have good off-the-shelf solution or didn't quite fit the way they should.
With a background in multi-axis CNC machine programming, and additive manufacturing and designing in the aerospace industry, I've always focused on precision, fitment, and functionality in my work. That same mindset carries over into every design I create, and more importantly, how it's made.
Most projects begin with a problem: something broken, inefficient, or just not designed well for its purpose. From there, I'll take the idea and design a solution either from scratch in CAD or using reverse-engineering off existing parts, review it with the customer, and move onto producing the part once I get approval.
