What if tracking says delivered, but I didn't get my package?
This is so unfortunate! I would contact your local Post Office with your tracking number first. I am not responsible for lost packages or theft. I am happy to try and work with you, but I will not give full refunds or reship items without a fee.

If an item requires certain care it will be posted on the listing itself, and special care instructions will be shipped with your item as well.
Can I have a phrase stamped on the back of my item?
Some can! Items that can be stamped on the back will be noted on the item page. Unfortunately, due to the nature of some items stamping can only be added on one side. When stamped from the front side, the stamp causes a rise in the back and cause any stamping on the back side to be distorted.
