As all of our products are handmade to order, we ask that customers allow for:

3 - 5 working days for UK delivery

Please be aware that, due to the unique nature of our products, production time may vary depending on factors including the size and volume of your order, seasonal availability of select specimens, international supplier schedules, and customs procedures. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience if unexpected delays occur.

Please be aware that orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country/region.

In the rare case that there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will be happy to investigate it further and ensure we reach a solution you are happy with.

We ask our customers not to return any products before contacting customer service, as our team will be able to advise you on the best way to proceed.

For returning items, we ask that customers pack all items securely, in the original packaging if possible, and include their FULL NAME and ORDER NUMBER to allow us to identify your parcel upon arrival.
