I really wanted to give this bed a 5-star review. I paid a lot to have it made. It is a nice sturdy bed, but there are a few things I was disappointed in. The instructions were very hard to follow for the assembly. As we were assembling the bed, we found that we were unable to screw one of the screws in because there was a screw previously broken off and stuck in the hole. The last thing I wish was different was a ladder. There is no ladder for the top bunk, so it is very hard for my 3 yr old to climb up and down. I ended up purchasing a ladder separately. I should've noticed from the images that there wasn't a ladder. All in all, once we got it all put together, it is nice and sturdy, other than that one board that we were unable to screw in properly. The shop owner was very kind and responsive, so that part was nice.

Shipping took 2-1/2 weeks longer than expected based on 6-8 week lead-time communicated at time of my order. Other than that the console is fine.

The cupboard is exactly what I wanted and fits perfectly in the space it was made for. Mr. Allen found the paint color I wanted and finished my piece beautifully. He worked with me every step of the way so my expectations and specifications were met. Thanks for the beautiful piece!

Spent $1000 on puzzle table and not one agreed upon spec fulfilled. The length, width and height were all incorrect, the style was wrong and not what was agreed upon and to heavy to be functional, the paint was supposed to be distressed and was not, agreed upon handles were left off, with no holes to add my own, and the drawers are extremely crooked. Trying to get refund and move on and the seller told me I have to pay to ship back the incorrect table (which the seller had told me to keep or donate) in order to get a refund. I asked him to pay for shipping and he said no. I now have to pay and deal with shipping back this incorrect unusable table that I did not order and is so heavy it will be a headache to figure out how to get rid of? If you special order a table, you expect to get at least some correct specs. What a mess!

The bunk beds we purchased were great quality, our kids love them! Seller is responsive and agreeable to customization, I found him to be a very friendly and easy person to work with. The bunk beds were delivered during the time promised. Would use this shop again!

We received a somewhat customized bed and it turned out great! Communication was quick and detailed and the directions to assemble upon delivery were easy to follow. We were happy to both support a small business and receive a high quality, solid wood bed frame. We also asked for custom matching side tables and Rodney agreed and put together exactly what we were looking for. Definitely recommend!
