Will I receive a proof before my order is made?
Absolutely ♥ A proof is sent to your email address within 2 business days (usually sooner) of your order being placed and must be approved before I can print and ship. If you do not receive a proof, check your email spam box and let me know ASAP.
♥ Important Proof Approval Information
Etsy penalizes shops when they don’t fulfill orders on time and I want to make sure I continue to stay open and see my shop grow! If you don’t approve your proof by the day before your ship date in the confirmation email, I’ll cancel the order and refund your money. Feel free to reorder if you missed your deadline. Thanks for understanding.
How do I order?
1. Select the qty from the pull down menu if applicable. Convo me for request of other sizes/qtys.
2. Add your personalization according to the instructions listed.
3. Choose quantity if applicable.
4. Add to cart, then checkout.
5. Check email for proof, sent within 2 business days (usually sooner). If you do not receive a proof, let me know ASAP. Etsy penalizes shops when they don’t fulfill orders on time. 6. Once approved, I will print and ship with 4 business days.
When will my order ship?
I ship within 4 business days from the day you approve your proof.
When will my order be delivered?
All orders are shipped via USPS Priority (average time 1-3 business days) or USPS First Class Mail (average time 2-5 business days) depeding on the listing info and what you choose as your shipping option. ♥ Please understand the postal service is slower at times, especially during pandemics and holidays. Sometimes it take longer, even under normal times.
Can I get a different size or quantity than listed?
Absolutely ♥ I can do any exact size you like, just let me know the exact size, qty and shape (before you order) and will give you the pricing and make you a custom listing for that size and qty, if there is not one already up in my shop, if so I can send you the link if you can’t find one.
