Hey! Welcome to December Seven Studio.

My name is Camille and I am a qualified Interior Designer with a passion for all things design. I started my first shop (December Seven Prints) after a 6 month trip around the world in 2019 with the intention of bringing my own creations into people's homes. Nothing makes me happier than sharing my love for design and interiors with you.

Recently I decided I wanted to reach more people and in a more affordable way, especially as overseas shipping can be quite costly and then there's the fear of will it arrive safely. So December7Printables was born which has now evolved into December Seven Studio. Printable art is an easy and cost effective way to add art and a splash of colour to your home. Simply print the art from your printer at home, take it to the local print shop or from an online printing service such as Printed.com, Shutterfly, CVS etc and have the print delivered to your door.

Frequently asked questions

How do I download my files?

Once your payment has completed your files are ready to download instantly!
You will automatically receive a link to download your files with all 6 size ratios. You can also access your downloads anytime via the Etsy website by going to your Etsy Profile > Purchases.

Please note you cannot download via the Etsy App, it must be via the website only.

If you checked out as a guest, you'll receive an email from Etsy containing your download links. If Etsy recognises that you have an account that you weren't signed into, please sign in via the email for your order to link it to your account.

If you have any problems finding or downloading your print files, please drop me a message and I will help as soon as I can.

The size I want my print isn't listed - what should I do?

I can make the files any size you require. Just add a note at the checkout stating the size you need and your email address and I will prepare this and send the file to you separately.

What type of paper should I print on?

I would suggest using a thick cardstock paper with either a matte or satin finish, anything over 170gsm for the best results.

What are your working hours?

Monday - Friday: 09:00 - 17:00 (CET - Central European Time)
Saturday & Sunday: Off
Public Holidays (for Germany): Off

Please note:
- I am based in Germany, so please be aware that we may have some time differences between us.
- Working hours are subject to change
- Outside of my working hours, on my days off or on occasions where I am away on holiday, if you drop me a message you will always receive an automatic out of office response and I will get back to you on my next working day :)
- Personalised designs/orders are only completed Monday-Friday during my working hours.

When will I receive my personalised order?

As stated in my listing descriptions for personalised designs, these may take up to 2 business days and this does not include weekends, public holidays or occasional personal holidays 😊

If you have not included sizing information in the personalisation box, this may delay your order whilst I chase this up with you. If you have forgotten to include this info, just drop me a message with the size. If I don't hear from you regarding a missing size, your order may be cancelled.

** Please Note** Occasionally I am away on holiday and during this time messages and personalised orders may take longer for me to get back to/complete. If I am going to be away I will always have this stated in my shop announcement on my main shop page 😊

Can I change the colours/text in a design?

No problem, I have a listing for that :) just drop me a message first to be sure that your desired changes can be made, but otherwise you just need to purchase your chosen design along with a custom edit request and I can make it happen! Please note: one edit request per design. For example, a set of 3 would require purchasing the original listing plus 3x custom edit requests.

Will I receive physical prints?

No. As stated all throughout my shop and listing descriptions, all of my designs are available as digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped to you.

I thought the prints were physical prints, can I get a refund on my order?

As per Etsy's policy regarding digital download orders, due to the nature of the products, refunds are not accepted if the files have been downloaded.
All throughout my shop, everywhere possible, it is stated that the artwork is for digital download only and that no physical items will be shipped. Please be sure to read every item description before making your purchase.

How to download if you have ordered using your Apple ID

This may confuse the system slightly depending on your chosen privacy settings. If you can't find the email because you have been assigned a private relay email by Apple, please try logging into the Etsy website (not app) using the same device you ordered from, then either try using your Apple ID/FaceID to log in OR the private relay address assigned to you (this is made up of a random selection of letters and numbers followed by @privaterelay.appleid.com eg. - l7h9btwfnb@privaterelay.appleid.com) with your normal password and you should then be able to find your order under your purchases section with a download files button next to it
