5 out of 5 starsI made a mistake and ordered the Rose Gold instead of White gold (as my wife's Ruby earrings, purchased a year ago. I was able to work a deal and replaced by 14K White gold instead.

When I will receive my order?
We start the production process immediately after receiving your order to ensure that you get your jewelry as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking details.

What do I need to do if my jewelry needs repair?
We are proud to provide the variety of repair services including ring sizing, prong replacemet, prong retipping, chain soldering, clasp replacement, gemstone replacing and more. Request an online repair, then ship your item to us. We will repaşr and ship it safely back to you in 48 hours.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your jewelry! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
Once we receive the returned item, our quality control team will inspect it. If everything looks good, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 1 week, after deducting a $20 delivery charge and a 10% restocking fee.
Please note that once the refund is issued, the time it takes to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank and payment method.
