For the love of style, design, showoff, sharing and selling!
Since I was a little girl, I could never draw but if someone could draw for me...I could paint, color, add sequins...complete it into an artwork. I used to crochet, knit, embroider, sew and do all kinds of fun stuff with my mom. She would teach me basics just to get me started during summer break, so I would not complain of boredom all the time. Summer was always fun!
A few years passed by since I did any of these artsy crafts. As my kids kept growing, their projects and book reports got me into all sorts of arts and crafts again. Each year for the past 5 years I have brought back an old talent I learnt when I was little.
Five years ago, I started designing baskets for weddings and other events and started origami with dollar bills...
Four years ago, I designed a silk wall decor for our home...
Three years ago I started designing for costume jewelry...
Two years ago on Christmas I started crocheting scarves, having fun with Rubber Loom with my little one and
In the year 2014 got back into quilling, making jewelry, wall decor and greeting cards.
Most of these arts and crafts are a meditation for me. They are a stress reliever. They take me to a World away from this real World.
I still cannot draw :) but because of the encouragement of my family, I have taken a step to open up a shop to show off my creativity to all of you. I hope to get the support from my buyers which will keep me encouraged and motivated to style more, design more, create more, share more and of course sell more...turning my hobby into profession!
