All items are 100% handmade. Slight variations in design, color, texture, and finish are normal and part of the handcrafted process.

Items will be very similar to the listing photos but not identical.

Refund Policy:
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products:

• Returns are not accepted for design variations or handmade characteristics
• Refunds are not issued because the item looks slightly different from photos

If an item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.

Outdoor Use Disclaimer:
Our tin items may be used outdoors only in covered areas.

Exposure to rain, moisture, or humidity may cause rust over time, which is a natural property of tin metal.

Custom Orders:
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or alterations after delivery?

Do to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or request for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests!

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

There are no refunds since every item is custom made. Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

Do you offer rush production?

All orders will be processed in our standard 7-10 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush order fee listing in our shop for an extra charge, and these items will be processed in 2 business days. For our Tin metal products, will be delivered between 10 to 15 days as they are custom handmade.

My package is marked delivered but I did not receive it?

If your package is marked “DELIVERED” but you still did not get your package you will have to file a claim with your local Post Office, and or local Law Enforcement. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for packages that may have been lost/stolen once they have arrived at your address & marked DELIVERED. No refund will be given in these circumstances. Please make sure the delivery address is safe and secure for delivery.


WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Most orders ship within 7 to 10 business days from the date the order is placed. Personalization can take up to a minimum of 2 weeks depending on demand as noted on all our product pages and store policy...This is not including shipping times to you. In most cases delivery time is 5 to 7 business days. NOTE: Metal Tin Products are processed in 7 to 10 days.

What is a free shipping guarantee?
It's your guarantee to shoppers in the US that items priced $35 and over, or orders from your shop totaling $35 and over, will not have added shipping costs when shipped within or to the US.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, & TAXES
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to customs brokerage fees, import duties, and taxes after the shipment reaches the destination country. Additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient because we have no control over these government-imposed charges and cannot determine what they may be. Customs policies vary greatly among countries. Please contact your local customs office for information.
