O pedido não será enviado um ou dois dias após a sua realização. Infelizmente, não há como evitar isso (caminhões de entrega quentes, longos períodos de viagem e embalagens expostas ao sol por muito tempo). Se você tiver esse problema, envie uma mensagem e terei o maior prazer em orientá-lo(a) sobre como recolocar os itens na sua vela. Seu apoio ao meu negócio significa muito para mim e estou buscando medidas preventivas para minimizar esse problema, embora ele raramente aconteça. Envio os produtos da costa leste dos EUA; quanto mais perto você estiver de nós durante esses meses quentes, menor a probabilidade de ter problemas. Muito obrigada pela compreensão.

Please Read: I am a one-person shop and most of these items are made to order. The items should have the processing time in the listing. Most being 3-5 days. The order will not be shipped a day or two after it has been placed in the shop. Please note that the estimated delivery that Etsy gives is an estimate based on the purchase date, my location, processing time, and the delivery destination and carrier. Other factors – such as delivery company delays especially with the holiday shopping or placing an order on weekend/bank holiday – may push the arrival of your item beyond this date. Welcome to Earthy Queens! Self-care is important to me, and I love channeling my visions and creativity through candles and beauty & bath products, which you can never have enough of! For hygienic reasons, I cannot accept returns. Therefore, all purchases are final. Please look at the photos carefully and message me if the photos listed on listing are not sufficient to make a decision before purchase. I am happy to send more photos and video! Please note that I take photographs and videos of shipments before items are sent to you. This may take me a little time, but I want to ensure that you receive your lovely handmade items paid for. I also physically take the items to the post office to have the packages accepted at the weight of the candles packed. For reference 1 candle is 11oz packed and 3 candles is 2lbs packed. If there are issues with the package not being received at all then, this is an issue with the Post Office and a case will need to be submitted with the Post Office. Please note: The post office is short staffed and will not pick up scheduled orders at my location. PLEASE NOTE: During hot months, candles have a possibility of slightly melting, resulting in crystals and flowers falling off/loosening during shipment. Unfortunately, there is no way around this (hot delivery trucks, long travel periods, and packages being left under the sun for too long). If you experience this problem, please send a message and I am more than happy to guide you on how to put the items back in your candle. Your support of my business means a lot and I am looking at the preventative measures we can take to mitigate this problem, though this rarely happens. I am shipping from the east coast, the closer you are to us during these hot months, the less likely you will have any issues. Thank you so much for understanding.

No labels = silver tins with no labels. I pour in batches of 2 - 4 candles, so please use even increments if possible. I do not accept cancellations or do refunds.
