INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All parcels ship First Class, which may take more than two weeks for delivery depending on your location.
Where possible I will endeavour to post International items with tracking but not full replacement cost insurance due to incredibly high cost.
International orders do come with tracking.
BUYER is responsible for knowing their country's import restrictions and understand that we are NOT responsible for any customs fees, duty fees, or applicable taxes on international purchases you might incur.

Please do not ask us to mark your order as a "gift" this is against federal laws and we will not do so.

I post from France, and it typically takes 3-10 working days to for my parcels to reach US destinations. However, it is sensible to plan for up to 3 weeks, please bear this in mind when ordering.

I provide clear pictures to allow you to see my designs, but please bear in mind that they are taken in close up. Further photos can be provided if you wish. Please pay close attention to the measurements provided for a true idea of size. 

Photo's taken are often the actual item you will receive, or what I deem to be a clear representation of the product if I have made several. Due to the irregularities in gemstones themselves there may be slight differences between items. I must stress, I make all my own jewellery, it is not mass produced. Each item will be unique even if of the same design. 

All my jewellery is sent packed and tagged.
