During the process of creating your item, you will have to provide me with various personal details, I take careful consideration over the protection of this data, and in compliance with The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) coming into effect on 25 May 2018. EnvelumPaperCo aims to be fully compliant with all relevant requirements.

This Privacy Statement will inform you how and why we collect and process your personal information, and what your rights are under the new regulations.

THE TYPES OF INFORMATION I COLLECT

To fulfill process an order through Etsy, you are generally required to provide me with specific information such as:

- Your Name
- Email Address
- Postal Address

For the type of items sold at EnvelumPaperCo, you will likely also have to provide me with specific information pertaining to your announcement such as:

- Name(s)
- Dates
- Locations

HOW I USE AND SHARE THE INFORMATION YOU HAVE PROVIDED

Your information is solely used for the purpose of successfully completing your order, and for business tax and accounting purposes.

Purposes such as:

- Creating the finished product using the information you have provided (information such as names, dates, information)

- Sending you the finished product directly (e.g a finished file of your product that is sent to the email address you have provided)

- Sending you the finished product e.g your invitations, sent to you directly from our printing company.

NEVER will your information be used for marketing purposes without explicit consent, nor will it be transferred to any third party for a purpose other than stated within this policy.

WHERE I STORE INFORMATION

The information aforementioned is stored within the Etsy website as well as a private, password protected computer with a private and password protected internet connection.

HOW LONG DO I KEEP THE INFORMATION

Your information is kept as long as is required for your order.

Your finished files may be kept until it is clear upon deletion that your event date has passed, this ensures that the file is readily available to re-send to you if there is an issue, or to make any further changes you might require.

The information you use to place an order is not kept for tax and administration purposes and therefore not kept on file anywhere outside of Etsy’s order history.

YOUR RIGHTS

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. While some of these rights apply generally, certain rights apply only in certain limited cases. I describe these rights below:

- Access

You may have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information I hold about you by contacting me using the contact information below.

- Change, restrict, delete.

You may also have rights to change, restrict my use of, or delete your personal information. Aside from exceptional circumstances (like where I am required to store data for legal reasons) I will generally delete your personal information upon
request.

-Object. You can object to (i) my processing of some of your information based on my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing messages from me after providing your express consent to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal information unless I have compelling and legitimate grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

- Complain. If you reside in the EU and wish to raise a concern about my use of your information (and without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to do so with your local data protection authority.
