Once your payment is processed, click on “View your files” to download.

You can download the digital files you purchased at any time by going to:

1) the “download notification email” using a computer/ laptop or

2) “Purchases and reviews” page on your Etsy account (using your mobile browser via mobile, iPad, iPhone, computer or laptop):

To the right of the order, click the “Download Files” button. On some iPhone, you need to tap on the small arrow to the right of the purchase to see the Download Files link.

Note: Please do not use the Etsy App via mobile, iPad, iPhone to download. If you have the Etsy App installed, do not go to the email link to download. Please use mobile browser & method 2 to download.

No, the Copyright belongs solely to Ever After Miniatures even if you purchased the digital file(s). The sale of the digital file(s) does not transfer the ownership of the intellectual property and/or copyright of the designs and/or digital file(s).

Our shop items are for download only. We cannot send them via mail. Sorry!

No, you cannot sell product(s) made from this digital file.

Our printable miniatures are designed to be optimal when scaled to 1:12. If scaled to 1:6 or 1:3 or other larger scales, the images will become pixelated. Please do not re-size our files to 1:6 or 1:3 and do not enlarge our files when printing or using them

This digital file(s) and design are for your personal use only and cannot be use for commercial purpose.

You are not allowed to sell product(s) made from this digital file or sell creations made from modifications of this file.

You cannot post the digital file in public for paid / free download or give others access to the file.

You cannot copy or resell the designs and/or digital files in any form, in part or in full.

You can pay by debit card or credit card via Etsy payment even if you don't have a PayPal account or Etsy account. You can checkout as a guest. Etsy Gift Card are also accepted.

Once the file is downloaded, we cannot cancel the order and refund anymore. Etsy tracks and recorded the date(s) when the buyer downloads each file(s).

Generally we do not email the digital files to buyer directly because the digital files are instantly available to download as soon as payment is completed. The files will always be accessible from your Etsy's account "Purchase and Reviews" page and the download link is accessible from the original Etsy purchase receipt email that was sent to your email address after purchase (for guest checkout). In exceptional circumstances (under special written request from buyer who has no access to computer, tablet and mobile browser), we may choose to email the files, but only to the email address that is associated with the order. It cannot be sent to any other email address.

For CANADA customer: GST/HST is automatically included in the listing price. QST for Quebec, RST for Manitoba, PST for British Columbia, and PST for Saskatchewan are added at checkout by Etsy.

Etsy Marketplace is responsible for collecting and remitting QST, RST, PST to tax authorities.
