2 out of 5 starsThe description doesn’t say that you to figure out your macro number- whatever that is and if you don’t do that you have to add to the menus. It’s basically a few items that are switched around for 7 days. I thought there would be more items on the menu. It might be great for some one else- I just didn’t want to add additional steps.

Hi Diana and thanks for your feedback. I will be sure to make those areas bold stating there are nine no-cook meals that rotate throughout the week and that you have to calculate your own macros. Unfortunately there will never be a one-size-fits-all for proper macros and providing a meal plan to someone trying to lose weight that over or underestimates macros could completely derail their attempts to lose weight.
