After your order is placed, I will message you to confirm your foot measurements.
I will ask for the length of your foot (heel to longest toe) and whether your foot is wide, narrow, or has high/low arches.
Each pair is shaped slowly and individually, so I can adjust the fit to feel natural and comfortable for you.

I can shape slippers for wide or narrow feet.
If your feet need more room or more hold, just let me know when ordering.
Custom width requires more wool and felting time, so there is a small additional fee.

Yes. Eco caoutchouc soles are hand-applied without glue.
Eco caoutchouc is natural rubber drawn from the sap of the rubber tree. It is soft, flexible, and warm to the touch, so the foot can move naturally and without strain. Not slippery with a grip.
Because it is a plant-based material, it creates a gentle connection to the ground, rather than a hard barrier.
The step feels quieter, steadier, and more aware - a grounded kind of comfort.

Yes. I work from my studio in Lithuania and ship to most countries.
Delivery time varies by destination, and I will always provide tracking once your order is on the way.

For orders to the United States, I ship DDP (Delivered Duties Paid), which means all customs fees are already included and there are no surprise charges upon arrival.

To refresh, gently air them out in a dry space.
If needed, spot clean with cool water and a touch of wool soap.
Do not machine wash.
