Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are made to order, all sales are final. Exchanges or replacements are only accepted if we sent an incorrect size that does not match the original order, if the item arrives damaged, or if there is a clear defect. Please review the sizing chart carefully before ordering, as selecting the wrong size is the buyer’s responsibility. Variations in color or pattern are normal in handmade tie-dye and are not considered defects.
Will my shirt look exactly like the photos?
Unless a listing is clearly marked as 1-of-1, photos are examples of the style, pattern, and color palette. All shirts are made to order and hand-dyed, so natural variations in color placement and pattern will occur. These variations are normal and not considered defects.
What does “1-of-1” mean?
A 1-of-1 item is the exact shirt shown in the photos, and only one exists in that size. These listings will clearly state they are 1-of-1. Because they cannot be recreated, all 1-of-1 sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Why do colors look slightly different in person?
Screen settings, lighting, and fabric absorption can affect how colors appear. While we do our best to photograph items accurately, slight differences in tone or saturation are normal with handmade tie-dye and are not considered defects.
How should I wash my tie-dye shirt?
Care instructions are included with every order. Machine wash cold with like colors. Air dry or tumble dry low for best results. Improper washing or care may affect the colors and is not considered a defect.
How long does it take to make and ship my order?
All items are made to order, so processing times are listed on each product page. Shipping time begins once your order has been completed and shipped. Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate.
