Who do you ship with?
We ship our packages either with USPS Priority Mail (2 to 3 days) or Fedex 2 day. Depnds on the size of box that is used to ship. Please refer to the estimated shipping times that Etsy provides when ordering.
What if an item arrives damaged, such as a broken succulent pot or plant?
Please contact us ASAP! Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We will do whatever it takes to correct the problem.
Can I purchase multiple boxes going to different addresses in the same order?
Yes! If interested in ordering a group order, please select the quantity of boxes you'd like to order and in the "note to seller" at checkout please write in the addresses. If there are more than 10 please reach out for a spreadsheet to make the process as simple as possible.
Is the delivery date guaranteed?
Unfortunately, no, we cannot guarantee the delivery date. Once we ship the order out, it is out of our control. But always remember that we're on your side; contact us with any issues you run into regarding delivery. Your satisfaction is our primary concern!
I have a special event; can my box be delivered on a specific date?
Yes! In the note to seller section at checkout please specifiy when you'd like the target date to be around. While we can't guarentee specific dates, we will do everything in our power to make that happen!
What ingredients are in the caramels?
Corn syrup, sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, invert sugar, butter, brown sugar, sugar, natural flavor, sea salt, soy lecithin and gluten free!
