Refunds and Exchanges
I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations
Just contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: within 2 hours of purchase

The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
• Items on sale

Returns and exchange details
Our goal is to make sure all customers are satisfied with their purchase. All our products are made to order and we carefully review and inspect all orders prior to shipment. Upon delivery please review your items and notify us of any damage, missing items or incorrect items within 5 days of delivery.

- Damaged Items -
If an item is damaged during shipping contact us ASAP and send photos of damage item and package along with a with a written description of the damage and we will work together to resolve this issue with the shipper.

- Missing or Incorrect Items -
Provide us photos and written descriptions and we will work together to rectify your order.

- Canceled Orders -
Orders canceled prior to shipping are subject to a 25% cancelation fee.

- Lost Packages -
If a package is lost in the mail we will work with you and the shipper to try to locate your package.

- Return To Sender Packages -
When a package is undeliverable for any reason and returned to us we will contact you. All additional shipping charges and a handling fee of $8.00 shall be paid prior to re-shipping. If you decide to cancel the order it will be subject to a 25% cancelation fee and less the original shipping costs. If we do not get a response from you after 30 days we will automatically cancel the order and refund you 50% of the product costs less original shipping costs.

- Return and Refund of “Free Shipping” Products -
Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and insurance. The original shipping costs will also be deducted from any refund along with a handling fee of $5.00 per item.

- Sale / Sample Items -
All purchases of - Sale / Sample Products / Photo Samples - are final. No Returns.

- Other Returns -
Items must be returned in the same condition as it was sent. All Shipping and Insurance charges are the buyers responsibility. Original shipping charges will not be refunded or credited. If there are any use or condition issues further deducts will apply. The seller can get a 6 month store credit or a refund, in which each will include a $12 return handling fee. All financial transactions will take place through Etsy.

- Deliveries Outside of USA -
All Sales Final to all items shipped outside the USA. We do not accept any returns from Canada or other Countries.
