5 out of 5 starsSo pretty, I love it. Lovely note from seller with item - thank you for finding your bluest, it's a really beautiful colour. No photos of it in situ yet - still waiting to take out original. Will make the last few weeks a long wait - can't wait to be able to wear it! Thank you

Custom orders and care instructions
Feel free to contact me for custom orders!
Harsh and Sweet's jewelry is made without harmful chemicals and you'll be able to take care of it without harsh chemicals too.
To avoid oxidation store your jewelry in a sealed plastic bag like a ziploc bag. It's even better if you add inside the bag something that will absorb moisture. A piece of chalk (wrapped in some fabric or tissue to avoid getting your jewelry all dusty) will help. A small bag of silica gel - like the one you will receive with your order - will work too.
My blog has detailed posts about the care of wire-wrapped jewelry. Feel free to check it out for guides on how to clean it or simply to see how I do things, for instance how I oxidize it.

When can I expect to receive my jewelry?
All the jewelry by Harsh and Sweet is ready to ship. While most orders are mailed on the day the order is placed or on the following day, at particularly busy times it might take up to three days for an order to be processed.
That said, Harsh and Sweet is not in control of how long it takes for your order to work its way through the postal service and reach you. Delivery time varies from package to package and it may take longer for mail to be delivered at busy times of the year.
Additional time will be needed should your order have to be cleared by customs.
Still on the fence?
Please, feel free to ask any questions you have about Harsh and Sweet's jewelry before you purchase it. I'll be happy to post additional pictures or send them directly to you. Likewise, I'll happily add more information to any item's description.
Each one of Harsh and Sweet's products has been created entirely by hand without the use of stamps, 3D printing, or other means of mechanical reproduction. Each item is unique and variations in texture and pattern are to be expected.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each product is accompanied by a picture showing the way it will be packaged as well as the possible gift upgrade. Please, check all pictures before placing your order for packaging information and much else.
How is my jewelry sent and how do I track it?
Unless you purchase an upgrade, items will be shipped as follows:
UK orders: items will be sent by Royal Mail (2nd class Signed For). You can upgrade to 1st Class Signed For as well as to Special Delivery for next working day delivery.
International orders: items will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (www.royalmail.com/international).
If you cannot be at home to sign for your order, I can send it International Tracked (without signature required). Just let me know at checkout!
How to track your order:
When your jewelry is mailed you will receive a tracking number in Harsh and Sweet's dispatch confirmation email. That will allow you to follow its progress toward you and know when it is out for delivery.
Want your order delivered by courier?
I am available to mail orders by UPS. Please, contact me with your address if you would like a quote.
Please, be aware that if you decide to have your order delivered by UPS I will need your telephone number, one of the requirements when buying shipping from UPS. Please, don't forget to send it to me or your order will be delayed until I can pay UPS.
NEW!! Notice for EU customers
Now that the UK is no longer part of the EU you will be asked to pay customs fees on your order when it is delivered by your national postal service. Every order over €15 will incur a percentage based fee (exact amounts and percentages vary by country, and you should be able to google them). In addition to that amount, your local postal service will ask you to pay €8 for their administrative costs.
In addition to the customs fees, VAT will be collected by Etsy at the time you order is placed and passed on to your country's internal revenue system.
