What are your business hours?

My business hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 a.m.-5:00p.m. Eastern time. I am closed on weekends.

Is anything shipped to me?

Because these files are digital files only, no materials are shipped at this time. This means that not only will shipping always be free, but you will also get your files faster!

I've changed my mind about using this and want a refund. What do I do?

Due to the nature of our files being received digitally, we are unable to fulfill refunds UNLESS you have not received any proofs yet. Of course, we understand that things happen. We will help in any way that we possibly can so that you are happy with your final product!

I have already received my final files, and I still need to make changes. What next?

Once you receive your final files, you have a 48 day period where you can still request revisions. After this 48 day period, you will be charged $5.00 for any extra revisions.

We will keep your files on hand for 60 days. After this 60 day period, your files will be deleted.

What is included in the Free Revisions/personalization?

For our files, you are allowed to change the text and colors.

Do you provide editable files?

To protect our designs, we do not offer editable files nor the native photoshop/illustrator files.

Can I cancel my order?

We reserve the right to cancel your order at any time without notice. We will give full refunds if we decide to do so.

You can cancel your order and still receive a refund if we have not sent you the first proofs yet. If you cancel your order AFTER you receive any files, whether or not they are proofs or finals, we will not be able to refund you any money.
