5 out of 5 starsThere were some issues with my original order (it was mistakenly shipped to CA - I live in MO). I'm sure I sounded like a crazy woman to the poor customer service reps at Iconica. I was very concerned I would have to create a new plan for my daughter's graduation celebration. However, Iconica shipped a replacement immediately and I received it today!! So pleased with the finished product and I am very happy with their customer service and willingness to make things right. You never know when you order something online these days but rest assured, this company is top notch!!

Q: How to order a Backdrop
We customize wording/colors. You will find the options available from the dropdown menu during checkout. You can select the digital file only (we customize the file in any size you need and wording) and YOU can print it at any local print shop OR you can select a size available from our Printed options.
The 6x4' is popular for dessert tables, 8'x8' is ideal for photos of 2-4 people and the 8'x10' is perfect for 4-6people. Bigger sizes available!
You will receive the first proof within 2-3 business days, in case you are in a hurry, you can purchase the 24 hrs option to receive the proof in 1 business day, you can either approve it or request revisions. On printed products, your order will be on hold until approved.

How to hang my backdrop?
♥ HOW TO HANG:
You can attach it to a Backdrop Stand in less than 1 min! For this option request Pole Pockets.
If you don't have a Backdrop Stand:
You can request grommets. Use ceiling hooks or nylon rope or string to hang your backdrop.
Which Backdrop material do you recommend?
Some customer prefer the standard vinyl 14oz. material : thick, vibrant colors and great durability, it comes rolled into a tube, however our fabric material 8oz. wrinkle resistant tension cloth fabric is ideal for high end photo and video events because of its non reflective properties, it is lightweight and easy to fold. Though the colors are not as vibrant as they are on vinyl, the fabric banner tends to have a more elegant look. Fabric backdrops are folded.
For small Banners, up to 4 ft height, we also offer Canvas fabric 8oz. It has Vibrant colors, it is lightweight and eco friendly.

About GOLD FOIL/GLITTER/WOOD/METALS/KRAFT/TEXTURES
Please note that this is just a graphic representation of GOLD FOIL/GLITTER/WOOD/METALS/KRAFT/TEXTURES. The product will NOT include the actual "texture or specialty inks". Instead it will have a high resolution graphic that will print to look like it.
Some product e.g T-shirts includes real foil, it will be stated on Product details. if you are uncertain about it, please contact us.

What happens if my vinyl/fabric backdrop or banner has wrinkles
Our banners are rolled very carefully into a tube so they aren't creased at the folds, but sometimes the rolls collapse on itself and causes that are to be wrinkled. Wrinkles and creases may occur during the shipping, but they can easily be fixed, in most cases.
Creases can be removed by gently heating the non-printed surface with a hair dryer. Place the banner—print side down—on a flat surface.
Use a steam iron at a low temperature to apply heat to the non-printed side until the wrinkles come out. We advise avoid using a hot iron.
