Thank you for bringing this to my attention, Tina, as I want every purchase to be the best possible quality. As we discussed privately, your Bible looked great when I engraved it but I discovered a polishing tool was used on it before it was packed. That tool was not intended for this Bible and dulled the engraving. I’ve addressed the matter with my assistant and have redone your Bible. I’ll make sure the replacement is there by Easter! Thanks for choosing my shop and for giving me the opportunity to make this right. - Laura
